Adult Fitness programs are designed to help parents and staff enjoy the benefits of the performance training staff and facility along with providing an opportunity to engage with other members of the DC community. The program was started in 2013 and has grown and developed over the years.

F.I.T. stands for Forever In Training. F.I.T. is an adult group fitness class that uses an interval training concept to help both beginner and advanced participants get an excellent workout. The group meets 2 times a week at the upper campus gymnasium and is known for being a fun and exciting way to get into shape or workout with fellow DC community members.
Private / Semi-Private Training Sessions
Semi-private training takes a unique structure in which you work out in small groups (2-4 people), allowing you to maximize the benefit of your program and take full advantage of the training coach. Each workout is designed for your specific goals based on what we learn about your needs and goals from a fitness assessment session. This enables us to ensure the most efficient workout for YOU. Each semi-private training session is designed to increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism. This is the best fat burning workout!
