Admissions Application

To obtain an admissions application, please do one of the following:

1. Complete the Online Inquiry Form, after which you will be directed to a link enabling you to download the application.
2. Send an email to admissions@dccs.org requesting an application either by mail or email.

3. Call the Admissions Office at 610-353-6522 x 2285 and request an application.

4. Mail or fax the school requesting an admissions packet at:
