Delaware County Christian School is a parent-owned independent Christian school. At DC, the board provides the link between the owners of the school and the administration. The board aims to maintain a size of 17 elected members. The board's Trustee Committee screens and nominates, for board consideration, individuals to fill vacancies on the board each year. The board members are elected at the annual Society Recommitment Night and will serve no more than 2 consecutive 3-year terms. A former member of the board may be nominated for board membership again after spending a minimum of one (1) year off the board. God has blessed DC for over 50 years with many godly men and women who have been willing to serve on the board and provide direction for the school.
