Delaware County Christian School (DC) is an independent Christian school incorporated as a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation under the name Delaware County Christian School Society, Inc.
Top leadership within the school consists of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Leadership Team.
2024-25 Board of Trustees
The school is governed by a Board of Trustees elected by current parents, faculty, staff, and former parents and alumni who financially contribute to the school. The Board of Trustees is responsible for ensuring the DC Mission is realized both today and in the future, through establishing strategic direction of the school and providing oversight of the Head of School.
DC adheres to a Policy Governance model.

Executive Team
The Executive Team (ELT) is charged with carrying out the vision, strategic plan, and policy of the board of trustees. The ELT are the senior leadership who report directly to the Head of School and oversee major divisions. The ELT works collaboratively to ensure mission directed DC programs and strategic initiatives are implemented with excellence. The Executive Team is structured for effective, empowered leadership. Executive Team members serve as peers, with direct reporting line to HOS. The team structure utilizes talent, empowers leadership, builds trust, and efficiency.
