Administrative Positions
Director of Operations
DC is accepting applications for a Director of Operations to lead the operational aspects of the organizations in a manner that will strategically increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. The Director of Operations will oversee multiple functions and will build cooperation between internal departments and consistency in operational effectiveness for both the Lower and Upper campuses. This position reports to the Head of School.
- Bachelor's degree. Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management within an academic, church or other non-profit setting.

Director of Enrollment
DC is accepting applications for a Director of Enrollment. The Director of Enrollment is responsible for the strategic leadership of the admissions process and team, organizing and managing all admissions events, organizing and leading recruiting activities and coordinating the reenrollment and retention of current students.
- Bachelor's degree. Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Admissions.
- Experience in education leadership, marketing, recruiting preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in computer systems, including word processing, graphic design, spreadsheet and other business applications.

Director of the Center of Innovation
The Center for Innovation is designed to allow students to apply their knowledge gained in a rigorous liberal arts education to solving important problems and improving people's lives in a way that is thoughtful and principled. This program is designed to engage the local and regional community to solve problems cooperatively through service-learning projects, competitions, and product development.
The Director of the Center of Innovation will engage, work with, and encourage students in a way of thinking that will produce products and services which challenge common practice, create value, and encourage the ability of local and regional communities to thrive.
This position is a full-time/year-round position.

Band Director

Admissions Office Associate
DC is accepting applications for an Admissions Office Associate. The Admissions Office Associate assists with duties of the admissions office in support of the enrollment of new families to Delaware County Christian School (DC). The Associate assists the Director of Enrollment and Assistant Director of Enrollment with the daily operations associated with attracting, cultivating, and enrolling new students at DC. Bus Drivers
Delaware County Christian School is looking for bus drivers to help transport students to athletic events and class trips. DC is a Pre-K through grade 12 school located on 2 campuses. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the ability to choose trips.
