Varsity Cross Country Season Recap 2021

This year's Cross Country team was a perfect blend of youth and experience, helping to build a chemistry between the group that was very difficult to overcome. The Girls Team easily won the BAL Championship for the first time in school history, and was undefeated in BAL meets throughout the season. Coach George McFarland was also recognized as BAL Girls Cross Country Coach of the Year.  

Seniors Ella Hines, Liza Lee, and Bethany Jacox all qualified for the PIAA State Tournament in Hershey, PA on November 5, where each Senior ran excellent races - beating their previous personal records on that course by over a minute.
