Announcing Our New Head of School

Welcome Dan Steinfield

We are excited to announce that the search is over for a new Head of School. The Search Committee has recommended and the Board has voted to appoint Dan Steinfield as DC's

new Head of School effective July 1, 2019.

Dan currently serves as President of Jupiter Christian School in Jupiter, Florida. He previously served as Head of School of West Shore Christian Academy in Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania.

Dan's appointment as DC's new Head of School represents a homecoming for him, his wife Kim, and their two sons Andrew and Kyle. For 16 years, Dan served at DC in a variety of roles, including Director of Student Ministries and Outreach, founder and director of DC's summer programs, middle school teacher, and K-12 Social Studies coordinator.

Many thanks for your prayers throughout this search and to those involved in this process, including our Board of Trustees, the Head of School Search Committee and a representation of both our alumni and current parents.
