The Delaware County Christian School Hi-Q team emerged victorious over visiting teams from Radnor HS and Archbishop Carroll HS, 48-32-6. The meet, held Wednesday, Dec. 15 in the DeMoss auditorium, was the squad’s first contest before a live audience in nearly two years.

Despite losing three key seniors from last year’s championship team, DC’s underclassmen-led squad jumped to an early 22-16-1 first-half lead over their opponents.

With the final total of 48 points, the Knights currently occupy fourth place among the twenty-one participating squads in Delaware County, the top seven of whom will qualify for postseason play.

The Knights will return to action on Thursday, January 13, 2022, traveling to Interboro High School to oppose the hosts and Strath Haven HS.
