Join the journey of One Book, One School with The Voyage of the Dawn Treader!
For the 2026-2027 school year, the entire DC community - faculty and staff, parents and grandparents, students and families - is invited to join the journey of One Book, One School as we explore the transformative power of story by reading and interacting with The Voyage of the Dawn Treader by C.S. Lewis.
Our deep hope is that by inviting the DC community into a shared journey of reading a powerful story, we will more deeply understand God’s character and our identity as resurrection people who are treading toward the dawn, together.
Look for announcements in the DC Connect with helpful resources, activities, and experiences.
Good stories speak to us at any age. In his dedication of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, C.S. Lewis famously wrote to his goddaughter, Lucy: “But some day you’ll be old enough to start reading fairy tales again.” So we hope, no matter what your age, that you will embark on this journey with us as we experience The Dawn Treader together.
