DC Family Picnic & Dedication Service
Join the DC community on Thursday, August 27, as we gather to celebrate the start of the 2026–2027 school year.
The Family Picnic will take place from 5:00–6:30 pm on the Upper Campus turf field, followed by a Dedication Service from 6:30–7:30 pm, as we commit the new school year to God.
Bring your blankets and lawn chairs, pack a picnic dinner, and enjoy time with other DC families. This year, families may also purchase Chick-fil-A meals in advance. Meal orders must be submitted by the end of the day on Thursday, August 20.
We look forward to beginning the year together in fellowship, prayer, and worship.
You've missed the deadline. While it is too late to order meals, we hope you will join us for this event - a DC tradition you won't want to miss. Families are welcome to bring their own meals to the picnic which begins at 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 27.
