The last buzzer sounds and the 2024 DC Madness winner is…

The Faculty and Staff!

The 1990s alumni played hard with new players coming off the bench, but they were unable to keep up with the dedicated faculty and staff. With additional support from DC families giving to their team, the faculty and staff rallied together to pull off this well-deserved win. Each round, they gave and spurred each other on to participate. We are thankful for each and every gift that was given by faculty and staff, and by those on their behalf. 

We are delighted with the outpouring of support from all sixteen teams. This effort brought forth more than $177,000 in three weeks of competition and brought new players (donors) to the school, encouraged additional support from our seasoned players (returning donors), and produced a lot of friendly competition. 
 
Thank you seems inadequate, but it is said with much appreciation to those who participated and continue to make a difference each day in the lives of our students and staff. 
 
As the coach would say, “Well-done team(s). You have made us proud.”
