Spiritual Formation
At DC, we understand that while spiritual formation is certainly fostered and grown through dedicated Bible classes and discipleship groups, it also extends to the entire DC experience. Learning to walk with Christ and knowing Him better happens on the playground, on the turf field, in the podcast studio, on the stage, and in the chemistry lab.
Our mission is to educate students who will serve God and impact the world through biblical thought and action. This mission spills over into every aspect of life, as students learn their purpose and place in God’s story.

Stewardship
DC desires to help students develop the intellectual virtues of courage, carefulness, tenacity, fair-mindedness, curiosity, honesty, and humility. The development of intellectual virtue is “not about doing the right things, but about becoming the right kind of person.”
Our hope for students is that they would understand God’s call to be faithful stewards of our minds and hearts, gracious gifts we have been given for a purpose.
