DC Summer Programs Leadership Training Program (LTP) exists to invest in the future leaders of our camp program. Open to high school campers age 15, LTP campers will be mentored by camp leadership on a daily basis through devotion, prayer, and discussion about leadership in a camp setting. In addition, they will spend much of their time learning through hands-on experience in camper groups and acting as program activity assistants throughout the day. Those who complete the program will know whether or not they would like to pursue camping ministry for future summer work and service and be more aware of their spiritual gifts.
